Hours and Appointments
To allow enough time for each of our patients’ thorough care and to perform scheduled surgical procedures, we see pets by appointment. We offer convenient appointment times for you and your pets. Just give us a call at (501) 653-0111 to schedule an appointment!
We also have convenient business hours and drop-off appointments available, which means you make an appointment so you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for the day. Usually it is best to drop off sometime in the morning. Once the doctor has examined your pet, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis, discharge instructions, and when your baby will be ready to go home.
Hospital Business Hours (Doctor's Hours by Appointment):
Monday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am to 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
Friday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
Every other Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm

In Case of Emergency After-Hours
Our hospital is fortunate to be served by two excellent after-hours emergency facilities operating in the Central Arkansas area. Should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing medical assistance for your pet when our hospital is closed, please call one of the following emergency clinics. If you call our hospital’s daytime phone numbers, a recording will refer you to these facilities.

Payment Policy:
We require full payment at the time of service. Unfortunately, we are unable do any kind of billing, including third-party billing. However, we do accept CareCredit, which offers a low or no interest rate payment plan with prior approval. Click on the link below for more information or to apply.
For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), debit cards and CareCredit.
   

When arriving at the hospital:
For your pet’s safety, we ask that all pets either be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the hospital.
If your pet will be staying at the hospital:
For the health and safety of your pets as well as for the other pets staying in our hospital for boarding, surgery, drop-off, etc., we require proof of current veterinarian-administered vaccination (contact us for details) and that your pet be free of internal and external parasites.
Prescription refill policy:
Please try to call 24 hours in advance for prescription refills to allow us time to review your pet’s records and prepare your prescription. We will be sure to contact you when your pet’s prescription is ready.
*Please note, it is our policy and required by the FDA that all pets receive a complete physical exam every year in order to be prescribed medication and/or receive any type of treatment. The FDA additionally requires that a physical exam must be performed every 6 months if an animal is on certain long-term medications. Laboratory blood work may also be required for refill of some prescriptions to ensure your pet's health and safety since some medications have the potential to cause unwanted side-effects. Feel free to call us for more information.
Pet food orders:
Although there are also many other excellent pet food choices on the market today, we feed and recommend Hill’s Science Diets and Prescription Diets. Unfortunately, we cannot stock every item Hill’s offers, so if your baby needs a special food, be sure to let us know! Please place your order by Monday at noon for delivery on Tuesday.
